Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will grant you total control over your email boxes and email campaigns. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new electronic mail account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward emails from one email mailbox account to another, create email filters, create autoresponders and secure your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mails according to certain criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Just specify the email mailbox account you would like to redirect mail messages from, then specify the destination email mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest.
